Noodles (72%) [wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sweet potato starch, salt, raising agents (sodium carbonates [E500], potassium carbonates [E501])], cold noodle broth (28%) [water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, radish extract, salt, beef-bone extract, acidity regulator (citric acid [E330]), seasoning, vinegar, garlic extract, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), flavour enhancer (disodium 5′-ribonucleotides [E635]), flavouring], mustard oil seasoning [corn oil, flavouring].

Serving Suggestion
Boil the noodles for 3–4 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under cold water and drain. Place the noodles in a bowl, add the chilled broth and mustard oil seasoning, then serve cold.
